Do I need my own WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You connect your own number through Meta’s sign-up screens. If your business is not yet verified with Meta, Meta may ask you to verify it before a new number can be registered.
What does it cost?
Plans start at Rs 999 a month plus GST, with a 30-day free trial. On top, you add money to prepaid wallets for WhatsApp messages and AI use, so you pay only for what you use. Quarterly plans save 5% and yearly plans save 10%.
Can customers message me first?
Yes. When a customer writes to you, you can reply freely for 24 hours. After that you use an approved template, which NextMsg helps you create and track.
Does the AI send messages without me knowing?
Only if you switch automatic replies on. You control what it knows, it hands over to your team when unsure, and it never talks over a teammate.
How do I delete my data?
